Using CAD/CAM hot wire technology we can cut, shape, scoop and profile expanded polystyrene blocks (EPS foam blocks) to accommodate your building or construction requirements. With our innovative manufacturing technology, experienced workforce and dedicated equipment, polystyrene samples can be made to your design specification on request. We also offer a choice of various grades of EPS depending on the needs of your project.

Polystyrene Sheet is widely used for under floor thermal insulation - this can be requested in sizes specific to your requirements. Our standard packs are available from our Webshop and are 2.4m x 1.2m or 1.2m x 0.6m with depths of 25mm, 50mm, 75mm or 100mm and are also available as low Lamba Thermal Supertherm EPS Sheet

Polystyrene Bead is also commonly used in construction. Bead can also be mixed with concrete to reduce its weight and improve thermal performance. We produce and supply Bead in standard in 0.283 cubic metre (10 cubic feet) bags with a bead size 2-8 diameter and a weight of 10kg per metre cubed. Bead can purchased from our WebShop.
