Micro Bead Expanded Polystyrene 5 cu ft Bag
Fire retardant bead for the filling or refilling of neck pillows and soft toys.
The bead has been tested and passes the Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989, 1993 and 2010) using test based on BS5852:Part 2:1982.
The Fire Retardent Additive (FRA) is to the latest specification Polymated FRA conforming to EU requirements.
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight, rigid material made from expanded plastic beads. It offers excellent thermal insulation, shock absorption, and moisture resistance. Widely used in construction for insulation boards and lightweight structures, EPS is also popular in packaging, providing protective cushioning for delicate products during storage and transportation.
