Polystyrene is one of the most adaptable materials available and is widely used in industries such as graphics, media, film, television, theatre, retail displays, conferences, exhibitions and events. EPS foam is strong yet lightweight, water-resistant, cost-effective and fully recyclable, making it a smart and sustainable choice for both temporary and permanent installations.
Using advanced CAD/CAM technology and CNC hot wire machines, we produce bespoke designs with smooth, even finishes ready for painting or additional decoration. We can cut and shape foam into virtually any form including logos, letters and numbers in any font and size, themed props such as hearts, stars, clouds, flowers and snowflakes, decorative shapes like spheres, cones and trees, as well as custom sculptures for film sets, exhibitions and retail displays. We also create architectural models, landscapes and cityscapes. If you can imagine it, we can create it.
For applications that require added safety or aesthetic appeal, we offer Medium Density Fire Retardant (MDF) Polystyrene, a preferred material for film set sculptures and stage props. Our finishing team can paint your foam creations in any colour, including Pantone-matched shades, for a perfect visual result.
